1. Pre-Appointment Documentation for OEUK Medicals

   A mandatory medical form must now be completed prior to your appointment. Please follow these instructions carefully:

   • Requirement: Completion of the official OEUK medic form by a registered medical professional (Doctor, Nurse, or Pharmacist).

   • Your Action:

     • Download and print the form using the link provided.

     • Arrange for a medical professional to complete and sign all relevant sections.

   • Booking Note: Your appointment booking cannot be finalized until the completed and signed form is received.

2. Fill Registration Form: Verify appointment time availability from booking calendar (or chat with us on whatsApp) and submit registration form online and continue to payment page.
3. Complete Payment: If you have not already done so ,on the checkout page, make payment of £120 / $150 using a Debit/ Credit Card / Paypal / ApplePay or Mobile Money via any of our 2 secure payment platforms:

4. Provide Occupational Health History: Complete your relevant medical history on our GDPR compliant medical records system.
5. Schedule Your Appointment: Book your test at a time that suits you.
6. Prepare Ahead:You will need a blood pressure machine (or other recent evidence of blood pressure) for the appointment and need to be in an appropriate location at the time of the medical appointment, and not engaged in other business throughout the 30mins allocated consultation.
7. WhatsApp Connection: At your appointment time, our OEUK physician will reach out to you on WhatsApp to have your exam.
8. Get Your Certificate: Upon completion of the medical examination, your QR code verifiable OEUK certificate will be promptly emailed to you and accessible for download at your convenience through your secure data access.

The use of ‘remote’ medical assessment is well established in the oil and gas industry as the only practical means of providing advice and support to installation medics dealing with illness and injury offshore. NHS 111 (3) is a well‐established telephone and internet service providing direct patient response to clinical problems in the UK, and telephone consultations have been evaluated for clinical effectiveness and safety for decades (4). In the
current Covid‐19 pandemic, remote consultations have become commonplace for large numbers of patients (5).

There seems little reason to doubt that an occupational fitness for work assessment such as the OGUK medical assessment cannot be successfully adapted to be completed by similar remote means.
