Your country coordinator will liaise with you to get the needed sample kits to you ahead of your collection date. Packaging box and material will also be arranged via your local FedEx office to ensure you are ready to dispatch once collection  and documentation is completed. Pack all samples when ready as directed and call FedEx for pick up. 

You should expect your coordinator to get in touch at at least 48hrs ahead of sample collection date. He/She may request for some credentials eg. Passport Details to pass on to vessel agent to help arrange port passes for you.

As you are already aware, maritime industry can be very agile and it is foreseeable that some requests may be impromptu or incident driven which may require a shorter notice time. Thisnotwithstanding, we do expect a reasonable notice time as this will also be needed to get adequate logistics prepared for a collection site and date.

Our client has communicated that an average of 25 persons would be sampled per collection trip. Collectors would be issued enough sample collection kits in excess of this number to avoid any delays in sampling. Should the expected number change, your country coordinator will inform you of the details once you are notified of the collection site and date.

We are currently running a 30-Day billing cycle with our IHPL for this project. However, we will endeavor, as much as possible, to wittle our collector payment cycle to 14-Days after successful collection devoid of 'Fatal Errors". As this project is new, we do expect some teething issues which our team is prepared to resolve as soon as practicable when they do come up. For any payment concerns and information, kindly liaise with your country coordinator who will promptly assist with resolution as fast as possible.
